Yardley Wall Removal and Master Bath Remodel
Residential remodeling requires that you have the ability to adapt and overcome even when the toughest of challenges are presented. While we try to foresee any and all possible snags on a project, there are times that a real challenge presents itself.
Rykon was tasked to remove a living room wall that separates the family and living rooms. Upon opening up the wall we discovered that the wall was indeed load bearing and was full of air ducts for the heating and air conditioning system. The only solution was to order and install a laminated structural beam to replace the wall. We used that opportunity to redirect the ductwork in the same soffit that contains the beam. Both problems were solved and the client got the open space feel they so desperately desired.
The master bathroom was a full gut job and went right as planned resulting in a spa-like oasis for this wonderful family.
